![]() ![]() This results in a more controlled experience from the gameplay perspective as the player can fine tune the army composition as desired. ![]() In the first game the player can only raise as minions exactly the same units the player killed, but in UH2 there's a lot more freedom: The player can raise any unlocked unit from the enemy remains. Take back your land, free the undead souls and secure the future for the undead.Įnhanced minion creation mechanics are the main gameplay improvement when compared to the first Undead Horde. Use your army of undead warriors to rebuild Necropolis after the vile attack conducted by the living. You don't need your army backing you up to do that.Īlso don't engage more than one group at a time (at least at the start).Become an Undead King and raise undead warriors from the remains of your enemies. Once you start using your most powerful units and they're holding the enemy at bay, it might be best for you to go straight to the buildings and try to destroy them yourself. Key thing though: Always use the most powerful units you have available (I wouldn't waste my time with hero units, they often cost more command and are often only a little better than the ordinary version of themselves).Īnd don't forget to keep an eye on buildings. Also try mixing it up between the latest melee and latest ranged units you can summon, because sometimes your melee swarm makes it so there's guys in the back unable to contribute. ![]() They occupy more command, but the difference in damage is often monumental. I'm assuming you're keeping up to date with your gear? Also keep an eye on the buildings because they spit out reinforcements often. One of my tips would be don't engage multiple groups at a time, engage a single one whenever possible (which should be most of the time). I'd say you need to get used to reanimating enemies on the battlefield but it sounds like you do that already. What's the most powerful unit you can summon? ![]() That's the route I personally took and it made things pretty easy. I'm surprised you're having trouble while maximizing command. ![]()
